CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Deposit Policy Refreshed Aesthetics by Clare Deposits Are Non-Refundable All appointments require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be applied to the new date. Reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to book again. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations, and the deposit will be forfeited. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay 100% of the service fee before rebooking. Late Arrivals A grace period of 10 minutes will be given for late arrivals. After this, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Package Deals & Promotions Deposits paid toward packages, promotions, or special offers are also non-refundable. If a session is missed, it will be considered redeemed. Medical or Emergency Exceptions In cases of medical emergencies, documentation (e.g., doctor’s note) may be requested. Approval of exceptions is at the discretion of Refreshed Aesthetics by Clare. Business Rights Refreshed Aesthetics by Clare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment. In the rare case that the provider must cancel, deposits will be transferred to a future booking. Acknowledgment of Policy By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
